Meet Executive Chef Katie Phillips whose creative flair and innovation in the kitchen is bringing diners to the Toowoomba Golf Club in droves. When we met Katie we were impressed by her authentic passion for her craft. We spent the morning sampling some mouthwatering desserts in the kitchen where it quickly became obvious that Katie has a truly original style & she simply loves food! Since taking over the role at Toowoomba Golf Club Katie has created some unique dining events both in the restaurant at Middle Ridge, and under a canopy of fairy lights on the green. These include the “Paddock to Plate” seasonal dinner and the “Death by Chocolate” degustation dinner, both were a raging success! .
