You will find Pony Espresso on the corner of Neil and Bowen St’s in the Toowoomba CBD. Doors open at 7.30am, so for brekkie the Bacon Sarnie with loads of bacon, two fried eggs & smoky bourbon sauce is a hearty way to kick off your day (13.50) Some of the other choices include croissants with butter and jam 6.00 or raisin toast 5.00. The coffee we had today was just superb and I would definitely recommend you go to Pony Espresso if good coffee is on your list of must haves. I had mine accompanied by a salted caramel cookie…yum!
