Ultimate Paddock to Plate

Ridges Bar & Bistro at the Toowoomba Golf Club Middle Ridge recently hosted a true celebration of our regions superb produce at their Paddock to Plate Event held on March 24th. Featuring an innovative menu created by Head Chef Katie Phillips, guests dined on succulent Aratula Red Claw, tasty Barnyard Quail and a delicate dessert featuring TGC Macadamia nuts. The delicious food was accompanied by quality local Preston Peak wines…what a night to remember!
